Monster Crap September 2015 Induction Poll

The last of the Summer for the Fans is here and it is time to decide the last movie to be inducted for this. But don't worry about all those movies that lose because plenty of them will be in the November Poll as the Leftovers induction. However, we have ten movies here with NO requests so let's reveal them.

Seth & Mike's Impact Implosion Taped August 14th, 2015

There was really no news this week and we had a weak ass show to review as well with this being the TNA vs. GFW show booked in storyline by Jeff Jarrett. It had one of the worst Knockouts matches ever, a boring match between Franklin and one half of the former tag team champion Bro-Mans and another King of the Mountain (which go so well and are not convoluted as well (Note the sarcasm)). Now good news is we had some good segments (Roode/Spud & EC3/Hardy) as well as a good match in The Wolves vs. Brian Myers & Trevor Lee.

Seth & Mike's Impact Implosion Taped August 7th, 2015

Another week of TNA Impact and surprisingly, we actually got a good show. Now as always there were a few hiccups, but TNA actually put their best foot forward with this special Impact titled No Surrender. It also helped that we had very little news to cover. I'll be honest that I DVRed this episode so I could watch Lucha Underground's final episode of the season Ultima Lucha and while I started tweeting the DVRed episode, I postponed it so I could take care of personal matters and watch Jon Stewarts final Daily Show. But I finally watched the end of the show on Friday and on Friday night, was able to do this episode of Impact Implosion with everyone involved.

RIP Coleen Gray

1922 - 2015

Monster Crap once again has to do this RIP as another actress from Monster Crap past has died. This time, it is legendary film noir actress Coleen Gray who has passed away due to natural causes at the age of 92. She may be most known for the early Stanley Kubrick heist film The Killing and Henry Hathaway's Kiss of Death. However, we here at Monster Crap know her for her role in The Phantom Planet.

She Was Liara (The Woman On The Left).

She is survived by a son, a daughter, two stepsons, and grandchildren. She will be missed.

Birdemic Photoshop Contest Result

Well, sadly only one person sent me Photoshops (5 actually) so while I would like to thank Gustav D. Richlen, I am disappointed that I gave 7 days and no one other than Gus sent me pictures. Don't know when I will be doing another one of these because I don't know if there is a good opportunity to do this. So let's show those pictures from my favorite to least favorite.

Brock Lesnar can't believe he has been put into a smaller body while Triple H is extremely upset his head has been put on a woman

These two seem to be fine dancing with each other for this Photoshop, knowing that even their clustered show Evangelion is handled much better than Birdemic

For Dave Bautista, he is doing the "NOOOOO!!!!!" yell while knowing that this basketball may not hold a grudge, it has other interests instead.

Vince Russo thought it would be funny to have a picture from a movie in the future as a prize in one of the four boxes from the infamous San Francisco 49ers Match thanks to his time machine, but Booker T here is not amused, while like much of what Vince Russo did, the average audience member in the crowd didn't get it.

And the winner is...

Rod finally got his dream to have his backyard filled with solar panels for the entire community and Natalie is so proud to see them living the dream that they dance in the backyard, not knowing that they are too damn close to the solar panels that the sun's reflections will burn them sky high.

Thanks Gus for the pictures and I really wish more of you participated.

RIP "Rowdy" Roddy Piper

1954 - 2015

I am sad to hear today that the man who changed the questions when we had the answers, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper has passed away at the age of 61 due to a cardiac arrest. He was known in wrestling for his great character and that translated to film with the great John Carpenter film, They Live. If you all young guys want to know how great that film was, Rowdy Roddy Piper's character goes into a bank full of aliens with a gun and said that he was going to kick ass and chew bubblegum....and he ran all out of gum. In fact, he was supposed to be at a horror convention that I am attending this October and I was definitely going to get his autograph. But alas, that won't happen now. While mourning this great man's passing, I realized I had never inducted a movie with him in it and that has to change. So instead of Tim Curry Month (which I was planning for this month), October's special induction this year will be Roddy Piper month where I induct one of the films he is in and yes, like many actors, he has had plenty of films that are bad that are available. Hot Rod, you will dearly be missed.

Seth & Mike's Impact Implosion Taped July 30th, 2015

Well, we're back after a two week wait with this episode. First of all, I want to report that personal issue that went on in our producer's life did not have a happy ending. Secondly, we will definitely be talking about the week's worth of TNA spoilers because they are too insane not to talk about. Third, we have two weeks of Impact to talk about and they are average and not good shows. Finally, congratulations to Angelina Love for getting pregnant.
