This week on the Impact Implosion, we talk about great cage match between Angle and Roode, the good X-Division Title Match between Aries and Sabin, the complete confusion of segments, and the better clusterfuck main event than the one with AJ Styles. This main event is probably also the end for the Icon, Sting in TNA as he lost a Contract vs. Title match against the champion Magnus. After the review of Impact, we also have a special acceptance of the 2013 Gooker Award by "Evil Dixie Carter".

AMP Raw Reaction #149 for January 20th, 2014: BATISTA RETURNS
I finally decide to end my WWE Raw boycott (that lasted several months starting in September) and I end up also hosting this show because Glove Up And Shut Up co-host Peter H and myself sub in for the usual co-hosts of Angry Tensai and Big Vic to talk about Raw. This Raw of course had the return of The Animal, Batista. It also had John Cena looking for payback and we got that numbers video not once, but twice to hype up the Royal Rumble since this was the go-home show.
I will also have to talk about the elephant in the room that happened to those who listen and that is we forgot to talk about the two tribute videos for Mae Young, who passed away recently. The videos were interesting as they were voiced over by Stephanie McMahon herself and you knew they were treated with great care. My thoughts on her passing today are the same as when I gave them on the Impact Implosion. I may not have liked Mae Young's WWE run, but even I admit that for what she was willing to take and did take, she earns all my respect for being one tough woman. So Mae Young, you will be missed.

Seth & Mike's Impact Implosion for January 16, 2014 (Genesis Part I)
Sigh...once again, we got a BAD episode of Impact which was Genesis Part I. We get a damn good Mr. Anderson vs. Bully Ray, but everything else just sucked. And to make it worse, this was the show that they dedicated to the late Mae Young, which made me want Mae to rise from her grave so she can give whoever is booking this show a good ass kicking. This new era crap that TNA has been doing is not reminiscent of a good company. So listen as we bash this show.

Seth & Mike's Impact Implosion for January 9, 2014
This Impact was bad with a complete train wreck of a main event that include needing Magnus and 8 other people to defeat one AJ Styles. If I make mistakes, it is because I am so frustrated at how AJ Styles is forced to leave without passing the torch. Everyone knows that AJ would be more than happy to put Magnus over on the way, but apparently Dixie and the heads of creative considered this clusterfuck that makes the new champion look like a complete bitch a better option.
Oh and we also talk about the VERY strange One Night Only: Tag Team Tournament. Listen to listen to us try to make sense of this whole week.

2013 GINO Award Poll
Well, 2013 came to a close and you know what that means for Monster Crap. It means that it is time to look back at the terrible films (w/ monsters of course) that came out this year and induct one of them onto the website. Remember, I don't do sequels or spinoffs to films I haven't done yet (which means Scary Movie V, The Last Exorcism Part II, Birdemic 2, and Ooga Booga are not on the list). And remember, if the winner is not on DVD, it will be a delayed induction which in that case means I will be inducting Pumpkinhead 2 this month. So here are the twenty films that you will get to choose from.

Seth & Dani's Impact Implosion for January 2, 2014
Due to technical issues, Mike Poulin would not be able to make it to this week's show (which is a double header) so I am joined by the former "First Lady of Podcastry" Dani D'Adamo (whose last name I sadly mispronounced TWICE. I apologize for that.) There may have been a winter storm outside that almost made me missed the show due to technical difficulties, but I didn't and here is the show.

RIP Joseph Ruskin
1924 - 2013
2014 has not been good so far as not only have we had the passing of James Avery (Uncle Phil from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and the voice of The Shredder in the 80s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon), but we here at Monster Crap have also lost Joseph Ruskin, who died of natural causes at the age of 89. While many may know him as Primo Sprazza from Smokin' Aces and Marxie Heller from Prizzi's Honor, he will always be known here as...
Dr. Burns from King Cobra (1999)
Mr. Ruskin, you will be missed.
